OMAR Data Store Plugin S3/EBS

I'm creating this in anticipation of an upcoming need.

I suspect a new plugin is needed to transfer data from an S3 bucket to and EBS volume and mount this where OMAR/OSSIM can read it.

Here is the workflow I foresee:

1. User browses to an S3 bucket
2. User selects some data
3. The user either creates or selects an existing EBS
4. The user transfers this data from S3 to the EBS
5. OMAR/OSSIM mounts and uses this EBS Volume as a repository
6. Profit!
