描述问题

预期行为：
nekobox 在熄屏后正常响应 dns 解析请求。

实际行为：
nekobox 熄屏后拒绝 dns 解析请求。

如何复现

nekobox 版本为 1.3.2（电池优化已关闭），在手机熄屏一段时间后，FairEmail 在后台收件获取 dns 解析失败。

nekobox 1.2.9 版本正常。
