Steps to Reproduce this Bug

1. Everything that https://www.massivecraft.com/tech-compile told me to do in order to compile MassiveCraft and Factions
2. "mvn clean install" in the folder where gits have been cloned.

Observed Results

Expected Results

Well I expected Minebuilders' repo to be available, but after waiting two weeks, it is still throwing an error when trying to connect to it.
