Observed behavior

When I code ssh remote project, go to definition function does not work and got this error.

Expected behavior

Go to defintion can jump to the related remote source file

ccls version (git describe --tags): 0.20210330
OS: arch
Editor: vscode, version: 1.60.2
vscode-ccls version (git describe --tags): v0.1.29
