Does anyone know why is it used the log on the input data (or logsoftmax) instead of just softmax?
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
DenseCRF uses log on input data (i.e. this happens here ). Using logsoftmax instead of first log and then softmax is numerical more stable.
Using the log does not seam to make a huge difference in practice though.
