Heart Disease UCI - Data Analysis

This project is an exhaustive analysis of : https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Heart+Disease, with R language.

In report.pdf file there are all the information and conclusions of the analysis, and all source code is in Pre-processing.R file and project_report.Rmd.

The content of report.pdf is:

  • Data description and pre-processing.
  • Exploratory Data Analysis, PCA and MCA.
  • All procedure to perform an Hierarchical Clustering and consolidate using K-Means and also the interpretation.
  • Predictive model, a decision tree that then has been improved with apply random forest.
