Describe the bug
I have so far managed to follow all the steps in place to get all the data to input into my newgan manager however when clicking the replace faces button absolutely nothing happens. I have gone to see whether or not it's just working in the background but not been able to find any indication of this, I also cannot seem to find a newgan.log file at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate Rtf file
  2. Open NewGan manager
  3. Add Rtf and facepack files
  4. Select Generate Faces
  5. Click Replace Faces (nothing happens)

Expected behavior
After pressing Replace Faces it is expected for a loading process to happen and have a config file be created.

Have you found a solution to the problem?

I had the same problem, apparently caused by missing directories in the specified image folder for the cultural origin. In version 1.3.1 it was shown as an error e.g. "Seasian" was missing for me.

Alternatively, use version 1.3 and then replace the player IDs in config.xml with "r-20XX"
