Identify the fragment data and link it parent peptite.

I was hopping to understand how to bring the fragment information like fragment mobility and ion intensity and its mz values from the results files of Alphapept windows software. and hopefully to form a table that has the above mentioned data of the fragments along side with the information of the parent.

I was able to find the fragment data but I cannot corelate it to the parent information. If anybody knows a way to do that, please let me know.
