First of all thank you for all the work put into maintaining this driver on Github
I have a TP-Link device:
2357:0107 TP-Link TL-WN821N v5/v6 [RTL8192EU]
and it's been "disconnecting" a lot - I mean, the internet will show as connected, the connection itself won't drop, but pages won't load. When I disconnect from the network and try to connect again, it won't do it. I need to remove the usb device and plug it back in, only then it works again.
I usually have to do this 2 or 3 times everyday, it varies a bit - but one thing is constant: I have to do it every time I boot up the computer. I log in, internet will show as connected, but it won't work until I reconnect the device.
By the way, I do a clean reinstall of the driver everytime the kernel is updated, because this used to solve the problems, this time it's not doing it
I'm using this driver since 2020, it didn't simply "improve" the device, it was simply unusable before. Do you think it might be a good idea to just try the mainline one again, or we can try to troubleshoot what's going on?
Thanks again!
