ResCons is a GUI software suite, made of seven tools, that can be used to assist in analysis of residue conservation. It is written in Python 2.7 and can be run in Windows, Mac and Linux (Ubuntu). Installers/executables are available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

To run ResCons script

Move following into a directory and run the script using Python 2.7
* ResCons.py
* ResCons_Files (directory)
