Hi Mahdi,
There are some issues with Windows 7 classic theme.
capture
Header is not showing.
The checkboxes are not showing.

Hi noname00-pas,
Thank you for reporting this bug.
TzObjectInspector wasn’t designed to works with classic theme. There’re a lot of things to change in order to make it friendly with classic theme. I’m planning to fix this issue when releasing the version 2, however it will take a while to be released.
