Accepting hoomd files

Hello,

I am trying to use PyLat to calculate the viscosity of my hoomd simulation. PyLat only accepts lammps files. Is there any way we can add the capability to accept hoomd file types? and if so how would that be done?

Hello, PyLat is only for lammps, we do not have a plan (and funding) to extend it to other packages. But you are welcome to add that capability. Thank you. Best, Yong
