Problem with Python 3.10

Python 3.10 has just landed in Arch Linux. I'm now seeing an issue with asyncpg:

E   ImportError: /home/pbryan/Projects/fondat-postgresql/.venv/lib/python3.10/site-packages/asyncpg/protocol/protocol.cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: _PyGen_Send

Since no one seems to have reported this as an issue, I'm thinking the issue is my environment. Am I missing a dependency? Any suggestions on how I might troubleshoot this?

Check if you are using the latest version of asyncpg.
