[Feature Request] FrontPage Activity feed filters

Perhaps it would be nice to implement the filters in the activity feed on the main page as well?

Having the activity page is nice and all, but since the front page activity feed is the one most viewed, perhaps we could have some filters there as well. A button with a pop-up for filters would be good enough I guess.
