Vistani tier 1 "Rapid Attack": Incorrect description

Rapid Attack (which subdivides into Rapid Slash and Rapid Throw) displays "+3[W] damage" in program.

Should be listed as "+30% damage" , as it is in game.

The data should be listed as percentages for each of the two sub-types:

(I'm continuing to post issues here, because 1, the type of issues I spot are typos and grammar, which I assume are the same in the databases for each program,
and 2. I can't get V2 of the program to work for me. I'd like to use the new version, but for now, I'll just have to keep slugging away with the old one.) :)
