There has recently been a lot of debate about the use of (rep-) Anovas on data, and the unknown multiple testing in anovas Mixed models have been used a lot recently and often assumed to be better way to do this. However, if mixed model are better is an empirical question.
This script try to add Mxm and compare to "classic" anova.
