Fix polytope in normalToricVarieties: this takes a ToricCycle and return its associated polytope.

Additionally, write the method normalToricVarietyofToricCycle, which will use the polytope method to create the variety and give in a parent attribute.

We are getting around this by constructing the subvariety manually... But we should still fix this.
