Directionality test

Hello,

I would like to do a directionality test.
My trait is binary, therefore I need to calc r.exposure and r.outcome.
I'm thinking to calculate r by sqrt(rsq.exposure).
I find the results for the quantitative test very close to the binary test, but I would like to know if this approach is correct?

Further, I see in the vignette that the test is done by id.exposure/id.outcome pair.
I was wondering if it makes sense to use rsID as ´id.exposure` to make the directionality test by SNP.
