Hello,
I would like to do a directionality test.
My trait is binary, therefore I need to calc
r.exposure
andr.outcome
.I'm thinking to calculate
r
bysqrt(rsq.exposure)
.I find the results for the quantitative test very close to the binary test, but I would like to know if this approach is correct?
Further, I see in the vignette that the test is done by
id.exposure
/id.outcome
pair.I was wondering if it makes sense to use
rsID
as ´id.exposure` to make the directionality test by SNP.Thank you in advance!
