Create CPOL Foundry Dataset #217
Description
Upload CPOL dataset to Foundry and integrate with Max’s cookbook. Use the cookbook to fetch the CPOL data and then convert it to a Foundry dataset. Ultimate goal: amend the cookbook to use the Foundry dataset instead of globs
Make sure it’s in the “test” index so that we can have it in the proper domain
