Create a wiki page for describing _config.yml #4

The _config.yml, whilst has basic comments, should be more throughly documented in the Project Wiki.

It should contain:

  • What the key is (i.e. seo.title)
  • What the key is for
  • Whether the key is required
  • What kind of input is accepted (i.e. date, time, string)
  • Which version it was introduced in (as of 8 September 2016, we're at 0.1.0)
