Add Pop-Outs for Each Project

At the moment, each project opens out into a separate page - we propose changing the UI so each Project opens out into a pop-out/modal box with an image and pertinent information.

@Korusuke I believe the code has been recently changed, and now I am unable to locate the projects include containing the projects card to add a pop modal to projects title. Appreciate some help. Thanks!

@kescardoso the project card has been folded into __includes/template.html with a further .md file under projects
