Dragoon skills:
Elusive Jump(lv35) into Piercing Talon(lv15)

Samurai skills:
Hissatsu: Yaten(lv56) into Enpi(lv15)

Both backsteps enhance the ranged attack once executed,
its help with desengage when is need to lose max melee

so if possible to condense both at same button

I shouldn't have googled Piercing Talon without adding ffxiv afterwards.

SAM is doable but DRG requires having done the LNC lvl 15 quest so I'll have to be careful adding an extra check.
I'll also have to put it into the Secret features with a warning because it removes your ability to see when your backstep's cooldown is available again.

Eh, Elusive Jump has a 30s CD, and the Enhanced Piercing Talon buff only lasts 15s. I don't think that really justifies making it a Secret feature with warning. After all, (High) Jump is the same way, it has a 30s CD and grants a 15s buff that permits usage of Mirage Dive.

I have no idea how a dragoon player's brain works out to be honest, I'd be lost without being able to know when I can or can't jump
