setup_instructions.txt

1. clone INSPIRE from https://github.com/MIDA-group/inspire into the same workfolder in which CoMIR is cloned into such that the folder structure is:

-working_directory
--CoMIR_INSPIRE
--inspire

2. Install inspire with itk according to the README file in the INSPIRE repo


3. Install all packages in requirements.txt (using pip install <package_name>)
