Make JenkinsPlugin Setting Global

Hey, I want to keep all my settings accross projects. I am using the same Jenkins with the same Views on different Repos.
At the Moment, The Settting for the Jenkins Plugin and the Server are on the Project Level, as seen by the Symbol on the right of the settings entry.

Could we have this global for the IDE so I can carry accross my Connection to other Projects if we want to do so.
