Items in backpack get deleted randomly [Forge 1.18.2]

Bug description and reproduction steps

I have a server with some friends with several normal mods on version forge 1.18.2. Sometimes, without a clear cause (such as death or dropping the backpack), the items inside go missing. It is not a one time thing, it has happens already multiple times, to different players.
