Planning Period

There will be a significant planning period before signups where Coordinators, Admins, and Mods discuss policy, procedure, and plans of action.

Player Signup Deadline

A single deadline by which all players have to join the Discord.

Tournament Date(s)

The tournament will take place at a regularly scheduled time over one or more days.
