I understand the challenge has just started and the developer team has a lot of things to do, but as someone who just came to this competition, the current intro on the main website is not showing itself as a "high-quality" competition because of the typo/grammar issues. I believe this can be changed with little effort.

Some of the easily noticed grammar issues:

These are just some that I noticed, but I'm sure a simple proof read by a native speaker will suffice and make the website looks more professional!

Do you have a suggestion for the first screenshot actually? It doesn't appear to be a grammar issue.

I actually didn't get exactly what does it mean until I re-read it now several times.

I would say sth like:

"Each game, you are given a pool of 60 seconds to compensate for the excessive time beyond the 3-second limits. After the pool is used up, your agent will freeze when going over the limits again and can no longer ..."

Also, "3-second" (with a -) limit, if you'd like to use it as adj to describe the limit.
