The site needs to have a help page, that guides the user through the process of

  1. Creating a proposal
  2. Modifying a course
  3. Removing a course.

There should also be a page for the APC chair so that those who follow me will have clear instructions on what their powers are.

Beyond just documentation on the site itself for users, where do we want documentation for future developers to go? Things like a more detailed setup walkthrough, details on setting up the development environment in Windows, etc. Would the repository wiki be a reasonable place to put all that?
