Your antivirus may falsely detect this program as a virus. This is because the program is not signed (very expensive), and that it can download files. As seen in this virustotal report the only detection is "AIDetectMalware" because it believes that all downloading behavior is malicious.

You may also see a message about "Windows Protected your PC". This is because the file is not signed. Press "More Info" then "Run Anyway" to get around this.
