Ability for the bot to follow URLs sent to the channel and send information like the page title. Also include additional data as appropriate if the link is a YouTube link (e.g., likes/dislikes, video length, time, uploader) or a Reddit link (e.g., points, poster, comments). See HAL-9001's URL handling.
