Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Implement scalable structuring elements. "One dilation / erosion with structuring element nB is equivalent to n dilations / erosions with structuring element B." Because dilation/erosion with large masks takes time

Additional context
Probably some prime factor decomposotion necessary.
