A client needs to include a unique id in each command. The id must follow the same syntactic requirements as a node-id (#31).
The id MUST be unique for all commands sent by this client since connection started.
"Connection started" is defined by the time the first still active subscription was requested by this client.

Q: How does this relate to grouped commands (#281)?
