For now "elbe initvm create" uses qemu/kvm via libvirt to generate the initVM. libvirt is capable to connect to other hypervisors too. Remove the leftover code depending on direct qemu/kvm usage and make
"elbe initvm create" capable to create an initVM on a remote site.
