Describe the bug
When loading a deathmatch demo, round time is negative value counting up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Load a deathmatch demo
View the round timer

Expected behavior
It's should be countdown from 9.59 to 0.00
Or 0.00 to 9.59 its also ok but without the negative value
