I am using php7.3 and PHP_CodeSniffer version has issue with php 7.3
squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer#2319

I will try to take a look at it, I don't have much time lately tho. Also I think the sane choice is to merge the whole project with the original PHPCodeSniffer. I'll try to get it done.

@scriptburn The project has been updated. Try dev-master or tag version 2.0.
