add support for gitlab pipeline setup

the UI on gitlab is not good for development to check the status, it would be better to use the gitlab api to show the pipelines in our ways, and trigger the pipeline for report. when we use the gitlab pipeline for report, also receive the information from gitlab when new changes triggered and reports sendout
