I could not get "play", "repeat", and "status" to respond.
twilio reports Error - 11200

"terminate" is working fine

Do you have your mobile phone in the Control numbers in the format +1xxxxxxxxxx.. Terminate is sometimes an internal twilio command.. also if you sent 'stop' that is also an internal command to Twilio

"terminate" is acing just like "stop now" in fpp.(from a enduser stand point) when i send it i can see the show turn off.
