Prepare LE to build with gcc-15

These are the required patches allow compiled by a c23 (gcc-15) compiler.

Ongoing upstreaming is being done with all the other gcc-15 required changes packages.

Expecting that all the other packages will be gcc-15 ready dependent on patches being accepted and their release schedules.
Only the following packages have yet to be made gcc-15/c23 ready
