Remove header "Software Requirements"

How could the content be improved?

This is such a minor detail, but I couldn't figure out what file to look for the "summary and setup" page of the lesson on inside the github code repository. And maybe this is all baked into the standard format.

The Heading "Software Requirements" on this page seems unnecessary: https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-sql/.

The other two headings that detail the 1st choice and alternatives seems sufficient to me.
