[BUG]: Cover Image border on "Add a Deal" Page disappears #182

Describe the bug
Depending on the screen size, there bottom border of the Cover Image upload on "Add a deal" dissapears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "Add a Deal"
Scroll down to the cover image section
Slowly resize your browser to see the bottom border dissapear.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Suggested Solution
Unsure, will have to research.
