【BUG】非项目内 decoder 的批注无法显示 #27

在本项目中，通过设置 annotationMode = 0 禁止 pdf.js 渲染文档原批注，使用 decoder 解析原批注到 konva 图层中。

而 pdf 的批注类型有二十多种，目前项目中的 decoder 是不足以将所有类型批注的解析的，这也就导致很多不常见的批注丢失（pdf.js 未渲染，本项目 konva 图层也未支持）

能否让 pdf.js 仅隐藏不需要被编辑的批注呢？
