After delivering Maggie's Letter and witnessing the cutscene at the Hall of Wealth (note: it's not the House of Wealth as the randomizer logs say- https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Auction_House#cite_note-2), Ilari will go to the Cafe Bar.
The only problem is, at night, he clips into Loot, which looks a little silly. 😂
This is extreme nitpicking, but maybe he could be moved a little bit to the left so he's not invading Loot's personal space?
It technically is a bug because it makes it marginally harder to talk to the right character depending on your angle of approach, since they're overlaying each other.

How is this a bug? The developers must have placed them there intentionally, and there's no way they missed this during playtesting. It happens in a random vanilla longplay: https://youtu.be/ViRlaNN4jvI?t=13623
And the guy on the right doesn't give any items so it being temporarily slightly difficult to talk to him doesn't seem that bad.
I did say "sorta" and "extreme nitpicking". I guess it arguably qualifies as more of a (very minor) feature request/enhancement. If you think it's not worth doing, I won't take offense!
