Possible improvements to the Re-RunHSC tutorial include:

  1. Produce a different plot or other visualization of the data product produced by each section. For example:
    a. visualizing the coadds:
    b. visualizing sources for two epochs
    c. make source extendedness vs. magnitude plot
  2. When notebook prints out bash script, include colors for readability
  3. Print the relevant script snippet in each pipeline stage section

Feel free to sign up for any of these - you'll need to actually run the re-run bash script (for a couple of hours) first, though, so that you have the data to plot.
