  • change languages into their symbols
  • more rows into description
  • dropdowns in one language only
  • remove date time
  • give prominent colours to priority
  • upload file size limited to 25MB
  • conditionally remove validation
    • NIC
    • mobile number
  • language in received [change title]
  • get feedback required medium (SMS or EMAIL or both)
