App cannot be installed

Hi there,
I am trying to install the eQ3-homematic App for my homey early 2019. Unfortunately I only get the message, that it's not compatible with my homey. "Homematic ist mit dem gewählten Homey nicht kompatibel".
Based on the requirements and supported devices, I assumed it is.
Don't know what I could else just to get the app installed.
