I think this is intentional.

There is a Beta file with session 1
There is a Beta file with session 2
There is a file with both sessions

I am not sure what the file with the 2 sessions is for.

See issue 171 - intentionally not coded sessions together to account separately for session variance. Contrast per same parameters (mean) are also computed.
