Plan to revisit stale branches

I've removed several branches related to LD4P2 work since all the features were integrated into the ld4p2 branch, as well as some LD4P3 branches no longer required. Some branches remain that could be deleted but I'll need to review those. Creating this issue simply to keep track of this as we go forward.
