Need to merge the code that is in Daniel's forked pyWinCalc repo into the ETA version of the "thermal-ir" branch.

We should not be doing work in Daniel's forked repo

@StephenCzarnecki -- we should do this as soon as you finish the ICON work, as part of the merge of IGSDB & Checkertool, etc.
