The message suggests that when cloning, it is trying to checkout to another branch, that is not available. I think it does not change the fact that the main branch is cloned correctly and can be used without issues |

ah, is it maybe because it's referring to a non-main branch of the tsimane2017 dataset? (I'm using the one that has the 2023 annotations) |

I created tsi2017_input as a YODA repo for a paper based on the tsimane2017 dataset. All seemed to be going swimmingly until at some point, I probably did something awful with .gitattributes (at least that's my best guess), because when I try to clone it in a new computer, I get:
