Adding to a repository with a nested Datalad dataset

Hi,

When I try to add a nested dataset to an existing git repository I get this error message.

I am going to try "datalad save" as a command and will update if it works but I am leaving the screenshot here as the same problem might happen to others, or maybe there is a simple fix to this.

The following commands seem to have worked

But looking at the repository on github it still seems to consider the "zoo-clips" directory as a submodule, a result very similar with the one after runnning the "git submodule add" command.

I tried cloning the repository in another location and the "zoo-clips" directory appears completely empty.

Does anybody know what could be missing to make it work ?
